Our King Soba Organic Brown Rice & Wakame Noodles blend wakame and brown rice noodles in a pairing that makes for a healthy and delicious kitchen staple. King Soba Noodles are kosher, ideal for vegetarians, vegans, celiacs or people who are wheat and gluten sensitive.

The most tender sea vegetable of them all, the Wakame sea vegetable is high in minerals such as iron and calcium. As well as this, Wakame is also rich in dietary fiber and potassium, which is thought to cleanse and detoxify the body of harmful toxins. Noodles are a highly versatile staple food, try using instead of pasta as a healthy, gluten-free alternative, or toss with fried shrimp and submerge in a hot miso broth!

Directions For Use: 
1. Remove paper ties on noodle bundles.
2. In a medium to a large pot, bring water to a rolling boil.
3. Submerge noodles and reduce the heat to medium (this prevents overcooking). 4. Use a fork to carefully separate and stir to loosen.
5. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes or until they begin to soften, gently stirring occasionally. Do not overcook.
6. Drain the noodles in a colander under cold running water and rinse well (to stop the cooking process). You can re-heat by adding them to your main ingredients or sauce.
 

Storage Instructions: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
