Our delicately flavored King Soba Organic Millet and Brown Rice Noodles are delectable when served with stir-fried vegetables or a protein, seasoned lightly with chili and ginger. Organic Millet & Brown Rice Noodles
 
Directions For Use: 
1. Remove paper ties on noodle bundles.
2. In a medium to a large pot, bring water to a rolling boil.
3. Submerge noodles and reduce the heat to medium (this prevents overcooking). 4. Use a fork to carefully separate and stir to loosen.
5. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes or until they begin to soften, gently stirring occasionally. Do not overcook.
6. Drain the noodles in a colander under cold running water and rinse well (to stop the cooking process). You can re-heat by adding them to your main ingredients or sauce.

 

Storage Instructions: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
